A Spanish project from the area between Penedès and Conca de Barberà, backed by the Masachs family, a winery with roots going back to 1920. Castell de Fades shows their lighter, more relaxed side. Less focus on tradition, more space for a modern approach and pure drinking pleasure. Built on local varieties like Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, the whole concept revolves around freshness, fruit and energy. No big statements, just a clear goal to make wines that are genuinely enjoyable and easy to come back to.
