Juicy rosé from Mutěnice
Rose from St. Laurent and Blaufrankisch, which was allowed to mature in the barrel and was bottled without filtration, clarification and without addition of sulphur. Fruity, fresh and fun.
The first vineyard by Jaroslav Tesařík was planted in 2008, but since then, of course, a cellar has been added, as well as many minuscule vineyards, whether older planting or new. Jara makes wines with his family strictly naturally. In the vineyard he uses only preparates based on copper, sulfur and herbs. The grapes are always macerated on the skins, fermented spontaneously. His wines are made with skin contact, not clarified or filtered, and sulfites are used just occasionally before bottling. Wines usually age for a year in older wooden barrels. Jara's distinctive field blends are super-juicy and incredibly addictive.
