Auriana Pét-nat is made using the traditional ancestral method from grape varieties typical of the region. The aroma offers citrus fruits, white flowers, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it is fresh, with fine bubbles and a mineral finish.

Cros des Calades is a new project from Florence and Benoît of Château de la Selve. Based in Grospierres, they vinify grapes from five organically farmed plots in the southern Rhône Valley. Their philosophy remains the same as at Château de la Selve – maximum respect for terroir and minimal intervention in the cellar. The wines are light, playful, and approachable – from reds and whites to rosés, including both classic and pink Pet-Nats.
