Maison Ventenac

Maison Ventenac is a family story from Cabardès, near Carcassonne, now led by Stéphanie and Olivier Ramé. Building on the foundations of a family winery established in the 1970s, they bring a modern, open-minded approach to wine. They farm organically and work with grape varieties that reflect the unique position between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. This gives their wines both juiciness and a refreshing lightness. In the cellar, they enjoy experimenting with small batches and low or no sulfur. But everything is held together by one simple idea, wine should be fun. And that’s exactly what their wines are, approachable, lively, and dangerously drinkable.
