In the glass, pure gold. On the palate, incredibly rich and layered from the very first sip, with a subtle saltiness, a touch of herbs, and serious depth. These harmonious, persistent bubbles take you straight to the vineyard. You’d hardly guess the grapes went through a rather extended maceration. So while technically an orange wine, we’d place this gem closer to white bubbles.
Masot is a small wine house from Sarmede, north of Conegliano between the hills and the foothills of the Alps. Their drinkable bubbles, based on the Glera grape variety, are maximum fun and accessible to absolutely everyone. Masot is a project of the Da Ros family, founded by grandfather Arturo and represented today by his grandchildren Daniele and Andrea. They are proud of the family tradition while pushing the bar higher and higher with each new edition. Certified organic production and minimum intervention for maximum taste.
