Description

A cuvée of Riesling, Welschriesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The wine spent 11 months ageing in a concrete egg, where 10% whole grapes fermented together with the rest of the juice. They added extra structure, a subtle spicy edge and that seductive golden color.
