Château de Garnerot is not a story of returning to family roots – it’s a story of reinvention. Alexia Russo and Caroline Fyot, former managers in the luxury and insurance industries, followed their dream. After studying viticulture and enology in Beaune, they founded their own winery in 2018. They settled in the historic Château de Garnerot in Mercurey and now farm 6 hectares in the Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune. The vineyards are managed organically with a focus on biodynamics and preserving old vines. Each plot yields a unique cuvée – from Aligoté to Premier Cru.
