Full-bodied, macerated, yet still white.
The Fugitiu vineyard is known for its high temperature variations between day and night, which result in wines with excellent acidity and drinkability. Another interesting aspect is the extended maceration process, carried out under constant submersion of the cap, allowing the wine to maintain its fruity character and lighter expression.

Ferran Lacruz from the village of Sant Marti Sarroca is our next discovery from Catalonia. Old vines, everything in organic mode, in the cellar without fining or filtration and of course with his own hands. 8 hectares of vineyards and flawless wines. Ferran does not add any sulfur as a matter of principle, and despite this (or precisely because of this), he manages to reflect central Penedés, i.e. the place from which he comes, in his wines better than many others.
