This orange wine was macerated without stems and stalks for 30 days, then aged for 5 months in clay amphorae. The result is floral, harmonious and very pleasant even for those who have no experience with this type of wine yet.

Ferran Lacruz from the village of Sant Marti Sarroca is our next discovery from Catalonia. Old vines, everything in organic mode, in the cellar without fining or filtration and of course with his own hands. 8 hectares of vineyards and flawless wines. Ferran does not add any sulfur as a matter of principle, and despite this (or precisely because of this), he manages to reflect central Penedés, i.e. the place from which he comes, in his wines better than many others.
