Euforia
Jan Klimeš is an active man of many talents, and thankfully, he also started fermenting his own bottled birch sap some time ago. Fortunately for all lovers of natural, handcrafted and other extraordinary drinks. Euforia is a birch or maple sap in which something is always macerating. Ginger, tea, coffee, hops, and maybe even different types of wood or incense extract. There is also the obligatory Karlštejn raisin:) Attention, Euphorias are non-alcoholic and cause euphoric states.
