This story is legen… wait for it...dary!

At the age of 22, young Jean-Pierre fell in love with wine and moved to Paris, opened one of the first natural wine bars in the city and co-founded a leading magazine about French natural winemakers. After 12 years, he succumbed to the desire to truly understand wine and bought vineyards in his native village of Chahaignes in the north of the Loire, where he settled with his family. Since then he makes wines that are poured in the best places around the world. In the cellar, the former marathon runner became a patient observer, who waits until his hand-picked grapes mature into confident wine. Process can take up to 5 years, in cold, limestone caves.
