Grüner Silvaner from 40-year-old vines rooted in marl and limestone. Aged on the lees in large oak barrels for 9 months, then bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
Andi is a charismatic youngster from Iphofen, Germany.
He took over the family winery in 2015 and converted everything into 100% natural heaven. The vibrant energy and playfulness of his wines is over the top, for a more visual acquaintance we recommend to take a look at his instagram, it's really worth it! How could Andi's winemaking be described in a few words? An old press, no sulfur or filtration, limestone and marl, big barrels and an even bigger heart.
